What Our Warrandyte Pet Owners Really Think
EXCELLENT Based on 88 reviews Shannon Wijesuriya2024-12-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our 16 year old dog was treated today by Dr Emma. She was incredibly patient and gentle with him and explained her thought process thoroughly. First time at this pracitce, my experience in other vet clinics have generally been fleeting. However Dr Emma's patience and care was second to none. Thanks so much Peta Shaw2024-08-25Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We brought our 12 year old cat to Dr Emma after our regular vet was unable to diagnose an issue (no hate, it was a complicated situation). We were at a loss when nothing they suggested seemed to be working and Emma was highly recommended due to her work specialising in feline health. After the first session, we knew we were in incredible hands with Emma, as her approach was thorough but gentle, which is exactly what our senior girl needed. Unfortunately, our cat didn't make it, but Emma left no stone unturned in trying to pinpoint the issue and worked hard to treat the problem before it was too late. Emma and the team at Warrandyte vet were kind, knowledgeable, and diligent in following up to ensure all of our care needs were being met. They handled our final appointment with the utmost compassion and we can't thank them enough for everything they did for us and our precious Kia. Amelia is the best Vet ever Stuart Upjohn2024-02-01Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys were absolutely amazing!! We had a very sick cat whilst we were overseas. The staff here went above and beyond to keep us informed and even gave us a video call when things were not looking great. I can't imagine trusting anybody else with my pets. Melinda2023-11-21Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Yarrambat and Warrandyte Vets are consolidated. ( they’re run by the same people) We actually live closer to Yarrambat Vet, however if this vet is too busy we’re able to go to the Warrandyte branch. Our fur babies records are at both facilities. The staff at both vets are really nice helpful and friendly We wouldn’t go anywhere else ???? liv goldy2023-11-17Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing staff, taking amazing care of my beautiful pup oska. Always feel comfortable if he has to stay over night knowing he is in the best hands. Dr Jiwon is extremely thorough and wanted the best for my pup. Extra comforting knowing that Dr Stuart goes and checks on them over night to make sure they are going well, also shoutout to nurse Claudia for being so empathetic ???????? Ange Eichler2023-11-11Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a caring and competent clinic from the reception to the nurses and, of course, Stuart, our vet. Fantastic communication, too, Alfie was better in no time.
