Graduating in 2001 from the University of Melbourne, Dr Emma brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team. In addition to her veterinary degree, her passion for cats has inspired her to complete further studies in feline medicine and ultrasonic imaging – aiding in the diagnosis of all medical conditions. With over 20 years experience, Dr Emma enjoys helping animals of all walks of life and strengthening the bond between clients and their pets. From welcoming a new pet to the family, to managing patients with multiple long-term illnesses, we know Dr Emma will support your pet throughout their entire life journey. Outside of clinic life, Dr Emma shares her home with her beautiful young family, her pet cat Millie and even has some special feathered friends- a flock of curious chickens! In her spare time she enjoys gardening, running and travel.
We would like to introduce one of our incredible veterinarians, ✨Dr Jiwon Lee! ✨
After achieving her Bachelor of Science at University of Melbourne (neuroscience major) she went on to complete her Bachelor of Veterinary Science at James Cook University in 2021. She began her veterinary journey at Vet Hub & Warrandyte Vet Clinic at the beginning of 2022.
Jiwon has a passion for ensuring our patients get the best care possible with a lot of love. She believes that honesty and connection with clients builds trust and allows for open communication about anything and everything. She feels great joy when an unwell patient improves with treatment. Jiwon has a burning interest in all fields of veterinary medicine and can’t decide which one is her favourite.
Jiwon’s interests when she is not in the clinic are diverse, ranging from rock climbing, watching her favourite tv shows to going out with friends for Korean BBQ and Karaoke.
We can’t wait to hear her pump out some tunes in the clinic.
Jiwon has a beautiful heart and takes great pride in her veterinary medicine. She brings so much light and joy to her patients and colleagues alike, and we are so grateful to have her treat our wonderful pets!
Lucy’s organised and caring approach to the client’s experience put her at the forefront of our veterinary reception. Her encouraging and supporting manner is appreciated by clients and staff alike. She has her husband and two beautiful daughters at home and of course her big German Shepherd Aston and Nugget the Jack Russell.
Jo commenced working with us in 2022 as our receptionist since moving from the United Kingdom. Growing up on the land, she has a passion for all animals big and small. Jo is a loving mother to 3 boys and her dog Atlas. Working as our receptionist she strives to ensure you have a positive and welcoming experience.
Janet has been a committed member of the WVC team since April 2021. Janet has always had a care for animals and loves spending time with her dog Kylo and her two sons. Janet’s friendly face always provides you with a warm and welcoming experience in the clinic, keeping you and your pets comfortable.
Janet has a passion for fitness and is often seen participating in Spartan events with her husband & kids.
Sarah graduated from her Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing studies in 2022, and prides herself on her education and assisting our team to provide the best possible care for her patients. Sarah thoroughly enjoys all the opportunities that vet nursing has to offer, but has a particular passion for critical care nursing and returning pets to their families after a long hospital stay. Sarah is happiest around animals and cares for an array of fur kids at home; her three cats, Loki, Link and Luna, and her two horses, Maisey and Ivy. When she isn’t working or studying hard, Sarah enjoys horse riding and surrounding herself with nature.
Izzy has cared for many animals since childhood including dogs, cats and turtles – so it is no surprise that her life’s work is now to look after your beloved animals! Izzy endeavours to provide our clients with the peace of mind that their pets specific needs will be met, and enjoys creating meaningful relationships with her patients and their guardians. She truly enjoys guiding our clients through the fun and challenges of pet ownership. There are many aspects of veterinary nursing that Izzy enjoys, but she has a passion for delivering extra special care to our critical care patients in hospital. Izzy’s dynamic combination of attention to detail and her caring approach to animals is invaluable to our patients recovering from surgery. Her passion for animal welfare and her kindhearted character has been a wonderful addition to our team!
Siobhan’s love and interest in animals started at a young age. She has had some unusual pets like her bearded dragon Pheonix and she now owns a snake called Stifler. She enjoys working with all animals and is currently pursuing a career in the Veterinary Industry, studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Outside of the clinic she spends her time dancing and snow skiing up at Mt Buller.
